How to Use: Aromatherapy: Use 4-8 drops in your Cliganic diffuser. Topically: Mix 4 drops per 1 tbsp. of carrier oil (Cliganic Jojoba Oil is recommended), or creams, lotions, gels. Apply this oil on your neck and upper chest. *Always dilute with a carrier oil before applying topically. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid face and sensitive areas on the body, and never ingest. Use lower amounts if around children and elderly. Never diffuse directly around pets and ensure good air flow.
